늦게 예약해서 방을 배정받았는데 소음이 심해서 룸 변경 요청했지만 어렵다는 답변을 받았습니다 이 부분 제외하고 호텔 시설과 위치는 만족스러웠습니다 조식도 매우 훌륭했습니다

Hotel had the basics. Staff are all pleasant and helpful. Partner said gym was functional. Main thing which they should be very clear and upfront within their info prior to booking is their approach to only cleaning your room every 4 days or after check out. You can then consider whether you want that given the cost and how you prefer your hotel experience. Whilst you can ask for things at the front desk my own preference isn’t to be spending time queuing to do that and yes you can contact them via email but again not the kind of holiday/ hotel experience I want, especially when I can pay similar elsewhere and get those services as standard. If I’d known this I’d not have chosen them and won’t be choosing to stay here again.

位置很好，樓下有超市、7-11、停車場，附近餐廳也很多，但是設備比較舊，雖然還是保持得比較清潔。早餐很新鮮，選擇不算多但各方面都比較滿意！
