The hotel is in an excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the subway and train station, and all major attractions are within walking distance. The apartment hotel is equipped with full kitchen facilities, which is very convenient. The customer service will proactively call to ask if you need help, etc. Recommended.

I booked this service apartment thinking I could do laundry during my trip. I personally don't recommend it, although the location is good. But the stairs are very difficult to walk with luggage. The room was clean, but the kettle was dirty. All the equipment was very simple. The lights in the hall were so low that we bumped into them. And there was no front desk. We booked it with Ctrip, but we didn't receive a confirmation email. When we arrived at the hotel, we had to call and ask how to get in.

I booked the two-story rooms (top floor, under the roof) because I felt it would be more quaint. Unfortunately, despite the listing stating that there would be a clothes rack, there was none. In fact there is NO closet. When I asked about it, I was told that they could bring a clothes rack. What did I get? A laundry rack. The rooms are more expensive than the ones on, e.g., on the ground floor that have a much better lay out, storage space, and a closet. When I asked for another room I was told the hotel is booked. I have traveled all over the world and frankly, this is a scam and not suited for any business traveler. Leaving aside the central location, there was nothing to love at this hotel. Stay away.

Urban living at its superb best: everything clean and the reception in frequent contact--yet as private as if one lived in one's own apartment. This hotel is part of what I look forward to about visiting Copenhagen!
