Location wise, cleanliness, room space for 2 persons, bed and lenin are okay but breakfast not so okay few variety of food.

The front desk staff was very rude during the checkout procedures.  I travel quite often but never have experienced something like that. Her name was Amelia. Definitely do not belong to hospitality business.

Not super convenient location as we need to change metro from airport. Not super close to the central region as well. Room has no toiletries, no fridge, no kettle, almost empty.

It is close to the airport, But not via Metro But trains. Staff we're very helpful as I had issues with planes and phones etc. Room doesn't even have a glass, but I was given one to use by staff. Decent sized rooms and clean facilities. Near a mall and the metro into the city.
