There should be more accurate information about the distance between the Central Station and the Hotel. It must be more than 3km, or at lest feels like this, especially when walking through the narrow and bumpy streets full of people on Saturday evening. Also, it would be nicer if the Hotel stops emailing me so many times before my check-in and after my checkout.

The breakfast was a real highlight — varied, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. The staff also deserves praise: kind, attentive, and always focused on ensuring guests feel well taken care of. For those who like to explore, there are bikes available right in front of the hotel — a great touch. And for unwinding, the rooftop terrace is a true gem, offering a stunning view, a sauna, and even an ice bath — perfect for relaxing after a busy day. We absolutely and enthusiastically recommend it!

Excellent location, rooms recently upgraded, great views from the rooftop terrace. But the most striking aspects of this hotel is how flexible, kind and personable the staff are. In stark contrast to many bigger hotels, where you feel treated like cattle. Highly recommended👍

Fantastic stay!!! Breakfast was amazing!! Reception was great. Bike rental was wonderful. Bikes in good working order and easy to get. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Rooftop bar was a great added bonus we didn’t know about ahead of time and loved our time up there!!

Hotel in una posizione gradevole, ben collegato, silenziosissimo e con uno stile scandinavo, che da una parte è il suo punto di forza rispetto agli hotel continentali tutti uguali, ma offre standard limitati, specialmente in termini di confort rispetto al bagno che ho trovato angusto (cieco, come in tanti altri hotel di Copenhagen!), con un lavandino che sembra piuttosto un piccolo lavamani, e senza adeguati punti di appoggio. Avrebbe avuto bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Anche il materasso per me era scomodo, ma su mia richiesta hanno cortesemente aggiunto un topper - non il massimo del confort - ma che mi ha permesso di dormire un pochino meglio della prima notte. Il servizio di rifacimento in camera non è stato costante, ma magari è stato solo un fraintendimento. Il servizio della reception molto cortese. La colazione è buona e la terrazza molto gradevole. Ho usufruito di un massaggio e la fisioterapista è molto preparata.

I stay there regularly during business trips. The staff are always super kind. It’s not the newest hotel, but it’s still very nice and always clean. It's not a boutique-style hotel, but more of a city-style basic hotel with a great atmosphere—not the impersonal, soulless vibe that many bigger hotels suffer from. Breakfast is simple but acceptable (though the juice and sausages could be of better quality—this is really just a minor detail). The Metro is just a 5–8 minute walk up the beautiful Frederiksberg Allé. Very recommendable!
