The hotel is 10 mins walk from Copenhagen Central Station and quite easy to find. Many food places and cafe nearby. Stroget is about 15mins walk away.
The hotel reception closes at 9pm, so make sure to check-in before closing or you will be stranded outside the hotel.
The staff at the reception are friendly and they serve free wine everyday for their guests between 5-6pm.
The room we stayed in was clean and small but ok to accommodate 2pax. Only issue we have is the attached bathroom is very small. The shower curtain sticks to your body when you apply soap or move around and the entire bathroom floor would be wet when someone showers even with the shower curtain drawn.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for the price we paid.

It's quite a walk from the station. It was a little difficult because I had a lot of luggage and it was raining, but I think people who don't have that kind of luggage can afford it! The interior is stylish and the furniture is cute! Even if you don't include breakfast, you can drink coffee for free! There is a cafe, so you can buy bread etc. (I had something like croissants) Also, there is a 1 hour happy hour from 5pm, and you can get up to 2 glasses of wine for free! We took a room with bunk beds and a shared toilet and bath. The room is small. There was only a sink in the room! I was staying in a room on the 4th floor, but the shared toilet and shower room were on the basement floor, so it was difficult to move around.Also, the shower rooms were the same for men and women, and the curtains were the same, so you couldn't lock the door, so it was scary for women. I felt like it might be. (There are two showers, but there is no separation between them.)
You can leave your luggage in the basement, but since only the space is rented out, security is not very safe. I didn't mind and let me leave it there even after checking in!

The breakfast is simply terrible, it's just yogurt, croissants, apples and a small juice served in a carton. So if you want to start the day well-nourished, this is not the place for you. Otherwise, the room is OK. The location is very good, but all in all, much too expensive.

Only 1 working electrical outlet under the bed No kettle in my room You have to go and get your own cup of hot water. Imagine opening a door with an app on your phone that requires 3 keys, while in the other hand you have a cup with hot water. Since they are green, there is no question of the 2nd cup and you have to bring it back.! If you want a key for your room you have to pay extra, otherwise you have to use their app. They explained the breakfast bag system to me. I asked when I arrived if it was included and they told me yes. As a result, when I left I was asked to pay for breakfast. I paid 20 euros for 1 small cup of tea, a mini apple, small juice and croissant. All in a bag. More than ecological, I would call it a business plan to reduce costs as much as possible. All camouflaged with an ecological approach. Not having appreciated it, I cancelled my other reservation for 4 additional days!

We stayed here for two nights in a twin room. The room was small but adequate. The main thing was that it was really clean, the shower was powerful and the bathroom was also clean. The beds were super comfortable. There was free filter coffee in the morning if you didn't want breakfast, and iced water. There was a nice looking bar area but we didn't use this. We were able to leave our bags on the last day. I really liked this hotel though because the staff were so helpful and friendly, particularly the receptionist with the short blonde hair. She answered all our questions and we had lovely chats - I hope she got to ride the paternoster!!

Just back from a lovely stay at the Savoy hotel and bar. We (2 adults, 2 kids, little baby) shared a junior suite, which was small but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Only slight niggle was the shower room which had a nasty drain smell (we just opened the window and left it that way), and also a non obscured window pane with no shower curtain over it etc... Surrounding buildings definitely had a view of our shower! Oh and worth noting no air con, which might have been annoying if it was hotter, and no fridge in the room. Staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back if we return to Copenhagen

I'm just back from a wedding stay with my wife and close friends and we had the good fortune to stay in this authentic, warm and friendly hotel. The main reason for writing this review was the Hotel Owner Kharim who was exceptionally helpful when it came to giving us local advice on places to eat and visit. He gave us a great overview of the neighbourhood but more importantly left us feeling like we had known each other for years! The other member of staff ever present and ever helpful was Racxina (I hope I have spelt that right) who was again ever helpful and ever present. We loved the Hotel and I would find it difficulty to return to Copenhagen and not stay here again as it was such a fabulous experience. The wedding and the weekend were first class but so was the service, welcome and warmth of the Savoy Hotel. Thank you Kharim and Racxina for adding to the occasion
