This was my 4th stay at Avenue Hotel and I hope to return for a 5th. It’s a great location in a vibrant part of the city and well placed for exploring local neighbourhoods as well as getting to the main tourist attractions. The breakfasts are wonderful and the courtyard garden is a lovely spot to relax. What makes Avenue such an enjoyable place to stay is the brilliant staff. They’re all so friendly, helpful and professional.

Stayed at a standard double room over Christmas. Room was very worn with several broken things. The bed was very comfy. The toilet was freezing cold. The lounge and breakfast area is nice, even though the fireplace was not lit. Breakfast was ok, not that fresh, expected more based on other reviews. But nice that it is organic.

This hotel is located somewhat outside of the city center but on a main road so easy to find. The back yard garden/courtyard is beautiful. Comfy seating and heat lamps for chilly weather. The bar area also has comfortable seating areas and a great selection of drinks. The breakfast is amazing. Beautifully presented and delicious. The staff was very thoughtful and attentive. Highly recommend.

Charming older hotel with special character. Liked the free wine hours. Great breakfast with very healthy food. Bus station and metro station are within short walking distance. Many restaurants nearby

Everyone did go above and beyond but a lot could have been done better. It was absolutely on any of the staff , including the cleaning staff , that my parts of my experience was valued as below average.

Dont like this place. Too High price and you get only 16m2. I Will never recommend this place to anyone. Pls do yourself a favor and book for another hotel. U pay 2.000 DKK for a room and there is not any smart tv.

Not very quiet, the entrance to my room was partially obstructed by some hallway doors at times, and the room was freezing-cold when I arrived (this in early August!), but aside from that, everything was absolutely brilliant.

Great hotel, friendly, comfortable and well located. Would happily stay again. Great to have the fan in the room. Allowed for late arrival - around 0000 and were helpful at checkout also. Nice outdoor area also.
