The hotel is situated in a quiet area close to the metro. There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby and also a free swimming bath. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities are limited as the only communal area was closed much of the time and there no hot drink facilities in the room. Breakfast is available but only at 9am, not great if your an early bird or want to get off sightseeing early. Also, the WiFi requires a fee and is rather hit and miss in terms of connectivity. Not at all bad for a budget option with private rooms but could be better.

We stayed overnight in the structure on 01/2023, the structure is located near the subway so it is convenient for getting to the center.
The room upon arrival was quite dirty and very simple, both the floor and the sheets / towels were dirty (they had stains).
There were no particular services apart from the presence of the young lady at the reception upon arrival.

The dirtiest and most disgusting hotel in the world. The room for 4 is so small that you don't even have the chance to do a full turn on yourself. There is no bathroom in the room but it is shared on each floor and it is really dirty, not to mention that the shower is in another room separate from the toilet. The wifi is not included but you pay extra and the staff is not at all courteous. The whole hotel is so dirty and run down that I got sick in there, I caught legionella due to the dirty and old air conditioning ducts.. such an establishment should be reported! Not to be recommended even to the worst enemy!
