Rooms were very small and a bit worn off, but bed was okay and comfortable. To open the windows, you need to climb on the bed first. Bathroom small but more or less clean - no room service except you ask for it! Breakfast simple but okay, location great beeing directly in City Center. Next subway station to airport was a 10min walk. Get the Burger just out the door when you see it’s empty - because it usually always is crowded!

The location of the hotel is central and the service is so poor and I stayed 4 days they didn’t gave me cleaning service and utilities.

The location is good, close to the metro station!
But the room is too small and not that clean, only got 2 in 1 shower gel and shampoo

The hotel is in a great location, and is very close to many shops and restaurants. Waterfront is just 15 minute walk.
My main issue is just how small the bed is in the standard room - they don't have twin room options so sharing with my mother I found the bed to very small. The room wasn't cleaned at any point during the stay. The breakfast was expensive in my opinion, better to go round the corner and go to one of the many coffee shops or cafes. In a city which is so expensive to book a hotel room I guess it sells itself as a budget friendly option, but I wasn't overly impressed.
