Good place to stay, and easy to check in and out. We booked a 1 bedroom for 3 persons. The sofa bed is ready setup when arrived😄. However, only one person needs to sleep in the sofa bed but it’s size is almost occupied half the living room and probably can sleep 3 persons😂 so left little space in the living room for use.

Good place to stay. Sites are walkable and even the shopping streets...it's at the end of shopping streets..so it's a good starting point for shoppers. Room is clean and safe. Bathroom can be improved. small shower booth despite having a huge bathroom.

This well-located apartment hotel was a good choice for our family - we booked a 3-bedrm; 2-bath apt. The apartment was very clean and airy, the living room/kitchen was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the service support via text messaging was very prompt and helpful. We received a message before our check-in time with the security code to use to enter the building, use the elevator, and enter the apartment. All went smoothly. There was a washer and dryer in the basement with included detergent - a wonderful bonus! The building is located right across the street from Norreport Train Station which is one train stop away from Copenhagen Central Station (Kobenhavn H). It is also right near several streets with shops/restaurants/cafes. Two caveats about our stay: 1) there were fans, but no A/C in the apartment - the windows enable a lovely cross-breeze but there is street noise when opened (none when fully shut), and 2) we would have liked more surface area on which to put things including our suitcases.
