The room smelled horrible. The bed was uncomfortable and the light in the room was terrible. The size of the room is large. The restaurant was good but the breakfast was poor. He needs a renovation

I like this hotel and have stayed here a few times. Its clean, comfortable and quietly situated. The staff are friendly and professional. There is ample parking and the room rates are much cheaper than other hotels in the area of a similar standard.

The hotel is being refurbished but don't let that out you off. The rooms are spacious with decent bath and shower facilities. The staff are top notch, couldn't be any more friendly or helpful. Decent buffet breakfast too! Once the spa facilities are open again this would be my first pic everytime on a visit to Ipswich.
