We booked 2 rooms with 3 nights in this hotel, we arrived at first night after long travel and went to dinner in this hotel restaurant, totally disappointed cause there is a long hair in my fish and I feel food is so dirty and told the waitress (she is super rude at beginning when we order the food, not greeting any guests,not friendly, respond super slow), after I showed her there’s a long hair in my fish, she had no face expression, not even a sorry or a apology, she just removed my dirty fish and left. And then the worst part upset me is she cut off the restaurant music at 10pm and she played her own mobile phone sitting on the chair watching the video of her phone not even pay attention of us. We totally can not enjoy the dinner after they didn’t apologize for the dirty fish and cut off the music, so we took the unfinished wine and left. When we paid the bill, the waitress said they gave us 30 bs off cause the dirty fish, she was so rude and insist us to take it. And then she talking something bad behind us in the kitchen, say: “the Korean and Argentina making drama”, I’m not even from Korean, I’m from China and my fiancé from La Paz so he totally understands they are talking about us, why she judge people like this by nationality? We spent 5000 bs in the hotel and 350 bs in that dinner, it’s not a cheap hotel or cheap restaurant why they have so cheap service with this waitress. I will not back to that hotel next time just because of this waitress.
