Don’t be put off by the appearance. The sit is under works and it’s a mess. However a lot of their motel rooms are renovated. They are very small but have the basics. The walls are a bit thin but if you’re tired after a day of skiing or boarding I don’t think it would bother you too much. Good heating. Huge tv. Nice little bathrooms. Comfy bed Really needs the garden/ entrance area finished to look more desirable

Well what a surprise. We travel a lot for work & pleasure & from the time we checked in, we weren’t disappointed. The lady on reception was absolutely beautiful person & told us she had given us her best room. No 12 with a wonderful view, bath & double shower. She was not lying as when we opened the door the view from the room & bathroom overlooks Cooma. The room was spacious & bed is extremely comfortable. Bonus features of Room 12 was the private outdoor courtyard & additional bunk room sleeping an extra 5 people with its own TV & air conditioning unit. Highly recommend!

The hotel’s receptionist, Sharon, was an eccentric presence, dressed for the snow despite the 30-degree summer heat. The WiFi connected but failed to provide a usable internet connection, even with the correct password. On the plus side, the newly renovated rooms, though tiny, were fresh and modern, and the shower was excellent. So a step up from the old rooms that we previously experienced.
