Hi. This is a fully renovated 2 floor home with large open style living room, dining room, and full kitchen. 3 bedrooms with one being a master along with 2 full bathrooms and laundry room. It also features an all brick 2 sided propane fireplace. It's in a private, safe, gated Community with many amenities. Parking for up to 5 cars. The private Community has 4 pools, 3 clubhouses, 2 lakes, a swimming beach, paddle boats, a miniature golf course, multiple basketball courts, multiple tennis courts, & multiple playgrounds including a dog run. Pets allowed with prior approval. Community charges for use of Pools and Lakes. 1-3yrs old free, all other guests $12 but only on days you decide to use them. You can acquire passes at entrances of pools and lakes. Credit cards accepted. Private 4-6 person Hot Tub for your enjoyment on side deck of house. Hot Tub Availability Mid March until November. Oh and free bottle of wine with every stay! We loved the house and was so clean! Steven was very responsive and checked in daily! This was a girls weekend trip and we felt very safe and comfortable! Thanks for hosting!

Nice property, unclear terms for pet
Property itself is nice! I can tell that thought went into the layout and furnishings. Loved the firepit (not propane - you need wood.) The owner is extremely responsive and polite—which is a plus. Check-in at the Community Center during a peak time took an hour, so account for that, as the owner cannot control it. Double-check your check out tasks, as they vary in VRBO vs the “Check Out List” posted in the property vs the owner communications. Communication and budgetary planning would work more smoothly if the pet fee were clearly mentioned in the listing—better yet, mentioned where it says “Pet Friendly.” When I booked in November and also when I arrived in December, it was not mentioned anywhere in the listing nor in the pop-up window where all of the additional fees appear.
