The room was very clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable!! Location was very convenient and easy to find. The only issue we had was a light in the bathroom that kept blinking, but was not a major issue. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Upon check in we had been driving in the mountains for 5 hours. A very beautiful soul named Monique was at front desk. We were early at 1pm and check in was at 3pm. My husband is full of blood clots and we needed a place for him to get his legs elevated. She went into action and found us a room... The KINDNESS and professionalism the entire staff shown to us was amazing. Our stay was 7 nights. This hotel IS VERY CLEAN, Comfy beds and GREAT location. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Great breakfast and fresh coffee all day long.

So the staff gets the 4 stars because they were Friendly, Hospitable, Attentive from the front desk to housekeeping. The rooms need work but if it wasn’t for staff this review would have been different they made all the difference. PS. No energy drinks for sale

Stopped here for a night with our 3 children and went through 3 different rooms. Our first room smelled like a something had recently died in it, our second room had no door handle on the bathroom door and the toilet and floor were covered in hair. The TV in our third room didn’t work and the shower was filthy. Will not be staying here again.

I will never stay here again. Maid did not take out trash, refresh towels, or make the bed and I stayed for four nights. The bed was like sleeping on bricks, but I do prefer a softer mattress. The front desk associates were very friendly, but did not resolve the cleaning issue. Check in and check out process was very easy.

Jeff and Rachel , at the front desk, were phenomenal! You can tell they really care about their clients including weary travelers who show up unexpectedly late at night. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. So, if you’re ever in Cookeville or just traveling down I 40 and need a hotel- this LaQuinta is the place to stay!
