Fairfield Inn & Suites Cookeville

Clean rooms and lobby. Decent breakfast considering covid. Very convenient locations with cheap gas stations, restaurants, sams club, and Walmart nearby.

we checked in at nearly 2 am after coming from out of state, the lady at the front desk was the nicest, most helpful employee i've ever met. She got us checked in quickly, gave us a toothbrush/toothpaste since we forgot our, and some bottles of water, then almost 2 hours later when we went down to get a snack from the mini mart she gave us some cookies! so kind and helpful! I didn't get her name but she was a shorter lady who is also a hair stylist! she definitely made the experience amazing! shout out to her!! (i wish i got her name) Overall, phenomenal service and clean, comfortable rooms.

Stayed here for our family decoration weekend. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Nice that the rooms have a refrigerator and microwave. Kids love the indoor pool. Free breakfast has something for everyone. Hotel is clean and like that lobby has fresh coffee 24/7.

Arrived on May 5th for two weeks of training in Cookville. Upon arrival to the hotel in the evening, I was greeted by gentleman working the front desk. Following day after day when arriving or departed he would greet guests including myself. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and more than helpful when needed. During my stay, I requested to utilize my Marriott status for a room upgrade. The front desk associate Isabel was more than helpful getting this arrangement completed along with the manger during the hours I was in class. Each morning there was complementary continental breakfast. From the years staying at numerous of the Marriott properties, I would rate this breakfast above average. Again greeted each morning by Gitte working in this area. She literally would clean the tables after each and every person finished. Along with making sure everything was stocked and would check on items if they were not out to each guests liking. In my opinion, that’s a person going extra mile to make sure the guests were happy Overall, very happy with my accommodations, the pool area, and the gym. Just off the highway, close to everything.

Clean, quiet, newer hotel that is close to the highway but far away enough to not get road noise. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was perfect. Quick check-in . Price was cheaper than the TownPlace which was right next door. Not a lot of restaurant options within walking distance, but a lot across the highway.

I found the place while I was driving through Tennessee. I was blown away by how nice it was since I found it for such a low price. My only complaint is with the waffles being pre-packaged waffles. I was informed that COVID had changed their policy. I hope in the future it is revised. I might consider that the next time I'm driving through Tennessee.

Very quiet, good place to stay. Very clean , free hot breakfast. My daughter and I came for her orientation at TTU. Several students and families were staying there as well. Will definitely be staying here again.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The area is quiet and lots of restaurants nearby. Sams Club is next door. Rooms are always clean and the breakfast is always tasty. My only complaint is they never have 1/2 and 1/2 for my coffee. They only have french Vanilla and Hazelnut creamers. The lady who makes the breakfast told me to use milk.

Always perfect!!!!!! Spent many days all years long. Good place to restore after a long trip. Nice swimming pool. You can enjoy your breakfast in the garden in a very quite place. Not far away from all the best Cookeville restaurant and downtown.
