So I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

I think? this hotel is supposed to have a retro vibe, but it didn’t appear that way to me. This place was not bad, it was reasonably clean and worked for us for an overnight stay. We didn’t eat breakfast, but it looked to be small but adequate. The room was a comfortable size and actually had double sinks, which is unusual. My overall assessment is, you know the expression, “putting lipstick on a pig” to make something look better, well that’s this BW hotel. They tried to do some modern upgrades, but there’s still plenty of reminders it’s an old facility, and the term retro can’t mask the reality it’s fundamentally old. Not necessarily a criticism, just my humble opinion.

I found bed bugs in room 119. I was traveling through Tennessee just staying for one night. The lady at the front desk was very nice and tried to be helpful. There were some good things about the hotel but finding bedbugs trumps all the good things. My skin is still crawling ugh.

I would say this hotel is not as nice as most of the Best Westerns we have stayed at. The room smelled like mothballs, which we concluded must be a room disinfectant. The AC was loud and rattling. The breakfast was just ok. The staff was friendly.

I recommend this hotel! I needed early check in and they provided it easily, one of the only hotels that is 18 as well! Very kind, it was quiet and calm. Breakfast has choices as well.
