Authentic, relaxing Appulian stay
Masseria Minnuni is a delightful, authentic stay in an agricultural area close to Conversano and Polignano al Mare (for beaches and grottoes).
The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean, the breakfasts are outstanding (local produce, fresh, delicious and generous- see photo) and the host/owner Francesco is possibly the best host I’ve ever encountered. His local knowledge and love for Puglia food means you are in the best hands- no matter what you want to do. He can recommend restaurants, sightseeing and even alternative routes to avoid roadworks! He’s fantastic.

Localizado a 15 minutos de carro de Polignano, este foi um dos nossos locais favoritos na Puglia. À chegada, o Francesco recebeu-nos como se fôssemos familiares que já não se viam há anos. Com taralli e Aperol-Spritz sem alcool, dispendeu de tempo para nos conhecer e deu-se a conhecer. Deu imensas recomendações de restaurantes (mais do que as que teríamos tempo para experimentar), para todos os estilos e preços. O atendimento é realmente algo que diferencia a Masseria Minunni de qualquer outro sítio que já visitámos, o Francesco é um anfitrião e uma pessoa incrível. O pequeno-almoço é completamente feito em casa e questionaram constantemente se precisávamos ou queríamos algo mais.

Siamo stati in questa splendida masseria per partecipare ad un matrimonio nelle vicinanze. Che dire: piena disponibilità di Francesco per l'arrivo in masseria, un arredamento e ambiente sia interno che esterno curatissimo, mai esagerato, autentico e che trasmette calore. E questo solo per quanto riguarda le camere; la masseria è bellissima, con spazio esterno comune per la colazione molto confortevole, tutto immerso nel verde di un giardino molto curato e con la piscina a due passi. Colazione a dir poco paradisiaca, gli host riescono a soddisfare praticamente qualsiasi tipo di richiesta. Siamo stati veramente felici di aver conosciuto questo posto, Francesco e la sua famiglia, che ci hanno anche omaggiato di un piccolo regalo alla nostra ripartenza :)

Bella masseria a conduzione familiare, di recente ristrutturazione, proprietari cordiali e disponibilissimi, ottima posizione per chi cerca relax ed essere ugualmente prossimi alle località più conosciute della zona. Colazione servita in giardino, al coperto. Da tornarci !!!

Quello che cercavo: una masseria immersa nel verde e nel silenzio dei campi. Comoda da raggiungere e buon punto per le spiagge di Polignano. Dopo una giornata di mare, tuffo nella stupenda piscina, sempre pulita e con ombrelloni e lettini disponibili. La colazione è speciale, la frutta fresca presa dai loro orti. La gentilezza e disponibilità di Francesco super! Torneremo sicuramente.

This was the absolute highlight of our trip to Puglia! I have no words to describe Francesco and Stella's hospitality starting off with a great welcoming with drinks and apperitivo. They made us feel a part of their family with endless recommendations for restaurants and things to do and they really cared about our overall experience in Puglia, organizing cooking classes and things to do for us even when we continued our road trip. The Masseria was a unique place to relax in the Italian countryside with beautiful gardens, swimming pool and very nice rooms. The breakfast was very rich, delicious and Francesco was so attentive to everyone's (6 persons) personal food preferences. We will definitely be back. Ps. We also did our engagement photo shoot at the venue and it was the perfect place.
