Hotel de con playa privada excelente para vacacionar en familia, buena comida variada, personal atento, las habitacionea siempre amplias ideal para la estadia con niños. Tambien cuentan con 2 picinas para adultos y niños, definitivamente diveraikn garantizada.

PREPARAN EL TRAGO CON RUSKAYA, con eso les digo todo. una pena, los tragos son tooodos aguados y desabridos. La comida mmmm, los piqueos no son nada buenos, al menos me esperaba unos tequeños, ni las papas estaban tan ricas. Las habitaciones y el hotel en general sí son hermosas, no me puedo quejar.

La comida del bufet y la cena con reserva es guardado (congelado) Falta de iluminación en las habitaciones. Los horarios de limpieza deben ser más temprano porque eran las 2pm y aún no limpiaban la habitación. Deben incluir más actividades para adultos en la playa (fogata, paddle grupal, paseo en bote) Deben ser claros con la información para el traslado de retorno, ya que mi vuelo a Lima estaba programado en la noche y cuando nos atendieron vía telefónica no indicaron que los buses tenían horarios establecidos y nos querían cobrar más de USD 88 por persona para quedarnos 4 hrs más en el hotel, adicional al cobro para el taxi particular hacia el aeropuerto.

La recepción deja mucho que desear con un trato tan frío no brindan la bienvenida que debe ser asimismo al tener un incoveniente 3n mi jubilación que tenía moscas, huesos de moscas , mosquitos en las lámparas de la.habitacion y en el baño arañas y hormigas lo unció que hicieron fue mandar solo un whatsapp a housekeeping y nada más ni siquiera unas disculpas ni atención inmediata asimismo cero asistencia en el área de atención al cliente la jefa de esa área se la pasa en el teléfono con su auricular ni si quiera tiene la amabilidad para tratar a los diferentes huéspedes esta fastidiada o aburrida y nunca para en su puesto de trabjar hay que llamarla para que se acerque. Asimismo cuando uno conversa con ella en vez de dar unas disculpas sinceras lo que hace es confrontar al.huesped. ¡Qué terrible realmente! He pagado para recibir un mal servicio qué increíble.

La atención del personal es muy buena, son serviciales. La comida algunos días regular otros mala, sobretodo que esperas más siendo un hotel 4 estrellas estando en el norte, no esperas que te den tilapia como pescado. Los tragos básicos, si tomas mucho te dan dolor de cabeza, la piscina si impecable, las areas comunes también y el cuarto bueno, solo que el lavadero del baño estaba atorado. No creo que por el precio pagado valga la pena quedarse ahí, a menos que quieras ahorrarte el pensar que y donde comer/tomar cada día.

Bonito lugar, extraordinaria playa, Amplias instalaciones. La Comida está mejorando en los restaurantes pero la abundancia de moscas en el comedor principal y bichos en algunos restaurantes malogra el tiempo de compartir. La playa es perfecta pero la suciedad del pueblo cercano ya la está Contaminando con plásticos y otros productos no bio degradables. Quizás el hotel pueda hacer algo al respecto al menos en su zona de playa

Lack of detail attention all around. The fascilities are passe and need updating all along. Staff is courteous but have not decession power. They are short of the employees, which makes that the people on board are overworked. Compleain reports reports are ignored. Room applieces are not working. TV connection are deficients. No cable, and difficult analog TV connection. The size of the resort is to large for their shoes. Gardens, swimming pools and beach areas are nicely kept. Night entretainment/shows are in a high level.
