Fiz reserva do quarto 2 camas : uma casal e uma solteiro e mesmo eu relatando essa escolha no atendimento, fomos para um quarto com 3 camas solteiro. Café da manhã com poucas opções e com colaboradores mal humorados.

Minha experiência no hotel foi péssima. Nos colocaram num quarto onde o ar condicionado não funcionava e disseram que a Cemig faria um reparo no padrão, o que não aconteceu. Minha hospedagem antecedeu uma internação para realização de cirurgia. Dormi muito mal a noite, pois o calor de Janeiro estava intenso. Eram dois dias de hospedagem, no segundo dia permaneci internada, meu marido retornou ao hotel e o problema continuou. Quando fez a reclamação e falou sobre o cancelamento da estadia a atendente falou sobre mudança de quarto. Ou seja, não eram todos os quartos que o ar condicionado não funcionava . Fomos colocados num quarto onde o ar condicionado não funcionava mesmo no momento da reserva sendo especificado que o quarto escolhido oferecia tal serviço. Meu marido não dormiu mais no hotel. Só voltamos depois que obtive alta hospitalar para pegar nossas coisas. Não indico o hotel .

Me parece que o hotel esa ocupado por alguma empresa por longo tempo. Estive no mesmo hotel ha um ano. Piorou bem . No site consta que tem piscina, mas esta desativada. Deveriam informar. Cafe da manha faltou coisas basicas como melancia e mamao que simplesmente ACABOU meia hora antes de encerrar. Ar refrigerado com defeito, faltou toalhas de banho e rosto. Enfim. Nao volto mais e nao recomendo.
