Its good place to stay .. need proper maintenance .. lokks ok from outside

I had a very unpleasant experience at Hotel Queeny, Velsao, South Goa and felt it was important to share this for future travelers. Before booking, I specifically asked about the availability of hot water in the shower—since during my earlier visit they had claimed it depended on sunlight for their solar heating system. This time, they assured me that during the rainy season, they provide electric water heaters, and there would be no issue. Unfortunately, that assurance turned out to be completely false. Upon check-in, we were shown three rooms to choose from—all of which were dirty, smelly, and poorly maintained. Electric sockets were not working, the lamps were covered in dust, and the toilets were unclean, with non-functional flushes. We had to settle on one room only because we had no other option at the last minute. Even when we requested a quick repair of the flush, the staff responded as though it was a burden—not at all professional or courteous. As for the hot water, it was not available at any time of the day, not even in the morning or late at night. We had to take cold showers despite the promises made. The entire experience felt misleading and extremely uncomfortable. I genuinely feel that many of the positive reviews online may be manipulated or written by their own marketing team, because what we experienced was nowhere close to what was advertised. If you're still in doubt, I would say go ahead and book—but do so at your own risk. I will certainly never return to this property, nor recommend it to anyone seeking a clean, honest, and comfortable stay.

The hotel was too good ❤️ the view was soo relaxing😌 there is swinging pool, gym, restaurant.. Good facility, nice maintenance, jst we enjoyed a lot 😇 thank you makemytrip ❤️

Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here! This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the service was terrible. The rooms were extremely untidy, not properly cleaned, and the towels were dirty. The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. They don’t even have a restaurant, which was a huge inconvenience. Definitely not worth the money—avoid this place at all costs! On top of all this, the amount is non-refundable, so you’re stuck with a terrible experience. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
