This is my first night of a 4 night stay The room is clean but dated. Stains on the couch & it’s really worn out. I’ve called the desk twice about the loud noises from the room above ( children jumping up & down) & they really didn’t seem to care The security flap on the door is really weak, needs to be replace by someone who knows what they are doing. The bathroom is clean, same with the bedding. I did check for bed bugs & thankfully there were none. The remote control has no back cover either

The location is convenient for road trips through NY, the room and lobby were tidy and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, there was a heat wave during my stay and the AC unit in the room was so loud I couldn't sleep. I get that the AC was straining due to the weather, but it sounded like there was a truck idling in my room. I was too tired to bother asking to switch rooms and I assumed the other units would have the same issue, so instead I ate the cost of the room, chugged a bunch of coffee and drove on. Cannot recommend this hotel unless the weather is temperate enough that you can turn off the air conditioner.

I don’t think I have stayed in a filthier hotel than this. Our shoes stuck to the flooring, the walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, the bathroom tiles are cracked and the smell is of stale air. Absolutely horrible. Stay anywhere else but here!!!

Family friendly with pup!
I lived in Cicero for 14 years, since I moved five years ago this hotel has become my favorite place to stay, it’s my old neighborhood 😁 and also, because of the price range and pet friendly.

The staff was extremely rude. The mattress had several stains and raised mold was on it. Mattress had visible springs exposed. The bathroom had hairballs on the wall. They ran out of pillows so we had no pillows. Staff was downright disrespectful when I told them about these things.
