TownePlace Suites Conroe

Brand new hotel extremely well maintained. No TV blaring during breakfast which was nice, breakfast better than expected hotel buffet. Nice kitchenets, comfortable beds, room very clean. Good donut shop close by. Staff outstanding. Easy access to interstate.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and two kids. Check-in was a breeze and the lobby area was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a full kitchenette with a full size fridge which was nice. We were on the first floor which was very convenient to the side door and the breakfast area. Unfortunately, these rooms have a door to the hallway and two guest room doors after you go through the first door. This might have been to decrease the noise from the hallway - and it does work for that. Unfortunately, when entering and leaving from either room, both doors slam shut one after the other. We had a family in the neighboring suite leave early in the morning and the many door slams woke us all up. The food was OK. My kids like the Texas shaped waffles and the muffins were good. The hot food was just OK. There is an outdoor pool and work-out room, but we didn't use them. The hotel is right off the highway exit which is convenient. No food to walk to but there are lots of places in easy driving distance. Overall, we had a good stay with no major concerns.

Newer hotel, but I had a terrible customer service experience. The GM, Alyssa Welch, was incredibly inflexible with an extended stay reservation. I need to leave early due to business requirements. I'm a long standing Bonvoy customer and have never had this type of experience. YMMV.

Beautiful rooms, so clean, quiet and comfortable beds and pillows. Good breakfast. Nice hotel people. Would definitely recommend this hotel. It was so very clean. Close to a lot of shopping & woodlands. Love the reading chair and lamp. Great ac.

Really was not expecting to be so in love with this property LOL. If only Houston had a Towneplace just like this one..😫 Beautiful modern updated Towneplace. Breakfast was also delicious & had a good variety. Coffee all day. Platinum Elite or higher members get a goodie bag. I really enjoyed my chocolate coins. They provide the ScrubMommy in the rooms. What more can you ask for? Thank you to Ciara for such a lovely check in. 😊

If you are looking for a comfortable suite, TownPlace Suites in Conroe, TX is great! We had a kitchen, living room & bedroom suite. It was very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes & single serve Keurig. The bed is comfortable. Having the living room for evening relaxing was so much nicer than only being in a regular hotel room. The breakfast selections are wonderful & there is something for everyone. There were even several selections to top the oatmeal with and 2 types of salsas for the eggs.
