Very poor 'non-service' here Zero housekeeping even though it was paid for@ check in Both the site mgr & office mgr need to be fired..both repeatedly lie everyday about everything Rundown bldg/location Cops called most nights Kids playing in the parking lot even during rush hour, zero response to this dangerous situation Overflowed trash bins, numerous rats present Never stay here..never

So called 'mgr' needs to be fired Has never, I repeat NEVER..provided 14 day housekeeping requirements, several broken appliances still broken now aft several months. Dirty premises both inside & out Car repairs & loud music 24/7 Laundry room broken washers/dryers, w lots of trash to step over from the leaking washers Bottom line..Stay elsewhere

We used this hotel for all our company travel I've had my truck broken into in Nashville but at Conroe location the staff stole two kimber pistols never again management it total denial said its must be a misunderstanding.....explain what that means. Horrible place to stay if you value your belongings.
