Enjoy beautiful Lake Conroe in this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the gated community of April Sound. It is centrally located off Hwy 105 with easy access to restaurants and shopping. You can enjoy the breath-taking view of the water from the balcony while drinking your coffee or enjoying your favorite beverage. Stairs off the balcony take you right down to the water where you can tie off your boat or jet skis, or just play in the large green space below. Note: The entrance to Condo is is the 2nd floor of the building. You must climb stairs to enter the first floor of the condo. Long term stays available. Please inquire for price. Fantastic Stay
The kids had an awesome time swimming in the lake and communities pools! We really enjoyed watching the sun set from the balcony! We will definitely book again!

This condo was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in we felt like we were home. The host did a great job of welcoming and communicating throughout the weekend. The neighborhood itself was gated so we felt very safe from the start. We were able to dock the boat at the local marina and leave our trailer there for the weekend as we parked our boat there on the water at the Condo for easy access. We will definitely be back soon.

Amazing Hosts…highly recommend
The condo was great…clean and very welcoming. Our day was very long and stressful. It was so comforting to finally arrive and find our favorite snacks/drinks along with a personalized welcome message. Kelly and her husband are such thoughtful hosts and frequently checked in to see if we needed anything. Due to a medical emergency, we had to unexpectedly stay in the area longer. They quickly offered to extend our stay at their place …no charge. It’s getting harder to find good people in this world. We are so lucky to have rented from two of them. We would definitely stay with them again and highly recommend their “Happy Place”!
