Second time I have stayed at this Hotel, always a great stay. Starts with easy parking, warm welcome at reception and a quick check In. Rooms superbly decorated and very clean, easy to open windows. Great to have a Shower which works, easy to use and hot. Breakfast comes with great choice and hot coffee and well served. Staff are very helpful, good at what they do and smile In a morning. Was nice to have a coffee In the gardens before setting off for the day.

This hotel has it exactly right. Staff are helpful but never obtrusive. Breakfast was generous and well-thought-out. Rooms have what you need, but nothing superfluous, and are spotless. And it has character. And a warm welcome, and places to socialise that are different yet comfortable. We plan to come again.

I stayed here for the night when on business in the area. I arrived after a particularly long and unpleasant journey and was greeted by a lovely gentleman on reception who kindly carried my overnight case upstairs. The room wasn’t the largest but never has a hotel bed looked so clean, crisp and inviting! It didn’t disappoint either. The location, despite being on a main road was lovely and quiet and the heavy blackout curtains and fan in the room, made for a great sleep. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the room had loads of plug sockets which made a welcome change! My only disappointment was I was only there for the one night :)

Stayed twice as been working locally.this hotel does not miss a beat. I have recommended to family and will return whenever I'm working within 1hr. Staff are really friendly and hotel is immaculate. Looking forward to staying for leisure. Great breakfast. Can't say enough about y you should choose to stay here !!

Stayed for three nights while in the area for a family funeral. The hotel is beautiful, the room was spotless clean and very comfortable, beds were fantastic, slept really well. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We now won’t need to look for any other accommodation when we visit family in the area, this was ideal and we highly recommend it.

I organised a function at the hotel. This was the third function I had organised at the hotel over the years and I can highly recommend it. The hotel and gardens are lovely and the guests commented on the tasty and plentiful food. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the organisation process and on the night itself. Very impressed.

Wonderful hotel with fabulous, friendly helpful staff. I had a major wardrobe disaster having driven from North Yorkshire for a wedding only to find I had forgotten studs for my dress shirt and my shoes!! Cue Andy (and Marcio) to the rescue! They sorted studs (even doing impromptu alterations to the buttonholes to make them fit) and a pair of black suede shoes which were better than the pair I’d forgotten! Absolute heroes the pair of them! The next morning’s breakfast and brief wander in the beautiful garden before the long journey north was excellent. Can’t recommend this hotel or the staff highly enough!! Thank you, Andy!

Absolutely fantastic hotel, can't fault it! If you're in the area and don't want the soulless mundane large chain hotel, I can thoroughly recommend the Alexandra Court. The staff are fantastic (Katie is an absolute star) location great and the rooms both spotless and really comfy. If the weather is good it's also well worth spending some time in the beautifully manicured garden. Thanks for a brilliant stay, I will definitely look to book here again.

The Alexandra Court Hotel certainly deserves it's excellent rating. A stylish and peaceful ambience in a convenient location close to Congleton. Very clean rooms, fantastic service from the whole team and good value for money. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
