Clean and spacious room. Personnel speaks hakka hopoh and indonesia language. Short walking distance to the old town.

Service Good. Got Hair dryer need to ask from the counter receptionist, got hot water, got lift. Wifi sometimes got, sometimes not. We are visitors from Malaysia. Overall Good.

Clean and close to everything. Only downside was I had a room at the far end of the building and WIFI didn’t reach. Not a problem for me, but might be a consideration if you have work to do.

This hotel is quite good and has a strategic location. The rooms are quite clean and the room prices are also affordable. In the room we can also access the internet via Wi-Fi. The parking lot is also quite large and is divided into two parts, one is located in the basement of the building, the other is located in front of the hotel. The security staff is also very helpful.

The hotel is quite clean, & very close to town.
BTW, for use at 7 AM, hotel guests & employees scramble to use it because the employees use it to transport towels & spray, so many hotel guests who want to use the elevator switch to using the stairs. 😅
