Hilton Garden Inn San Juan Condado Reviews

We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. It's a short car or bus ride from the eastern-side forts and Viejo San Juan, and they had a lovely pool (the second photo was the view from the pool area overlooking the lagoon) and exercise room. We had breakfast at the hotel during our stay, and the food was solid in terms of both hot and cold options (but unfortunately there wasn't any variety between days); we enjoyed the made-to-order omelets very much. The highlight included amenity of this hotel was the beach umbrellas and chairs at the Playita del Condado, which was a calmer beach and away from the ripcurrents; we were also able to use the pools at the Condado Plaza.

Amazing viewing from my room. My family love they love it. . I like the smell very clean the staff is nice 😊 I recommend this Hilton garden Condado hotel .

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The service were ok. The waiting time was long to get someone to wait on you for the bar and restaurant area.

The modern washing/dryer machines are not usable due to wireless network issue, and hotel could not fixed it and we have to use the neighbor hotel’s coin laundry machine to wash our clothes after great outdoor activities. The breakfast is included in the booking but waiter still print bill for us and caused some confusion, it is better to explain it earlier in a clear way to let customer understand , I saw several other customer also asking the bill. Front desk is nice and help us to keep the luggage after checkout so we can visit the nearby freely before actually leave the hotel to airport.

Staying here was very joyful. The staff are amazing and they are willing to accommodate your needs in the best possible way.

The place is new and clean but there are some undone amenities. It doesnt destroy the atmosphere but it can be a little issue to some people

It's hard to comment on this hotel. I chose this new hotel to avoid the old hotel. However, the feeling I received is hard to describe. The house is relatively new. I booked a Bay view with a balcony. Then when I checked in, they said to upgrade it. The original two Queens were upgraded to a king and a sofa. This is not bad. At least I snore and my daughter sleeps in the outer room, which is less affected. However, from the afternoon check-in to the night before going to bed, the sofa bed was forgotten to be made. Second, the people who come at that time will never make the bed. There is no concept at all. My daughter ran up and down several times. The conditioner was gone and it was not replaced. It was forgotten to be sent when I asked for it. I asked for toothpaste and toothbrush, but they forgot to the sky. Finally, the front desk said when we came back at night, I will give you a few more, so that they don't forget again. Sure enough, they forgot the towels and toothbrushes after going upstairs. Nothing was moved. I couldn't help but call Ctrip, but they just expressed their gratitude and asked for a small amount of money. The receptionist at the door is a gentleman who speaks and never does things. How are u is so sweet. Don't think that Hilton breakfast will be good. It's standard American style, nothing to eat, and you have to ask the waiter for anything other than black coffee, and they are forgetful. We stayed for two days, and the pool service was normal. The second day, the cleaning, the hair on the floor was not cleaned, but the bed was made, the used conditioner was not replaced, and the replacement was thrown aside and not seen. My daughter said that Americans are good to make the bed. You are spoiled in China. The second night, I asked them for dental floss, but the two restaurants and the front desk said they didn't have it... The only thing I want to thank is Ms. Diane at the front desk before I left on the third day. She helped me with the late check-out and re-swiped the room card. She seemed a bit professional. For the rest, I'm not polite... Haha, I won't talk about it.

If mainland guests have poor language skills, please choose carefully! Overall, the hotel is very new... For other information, I happened to see an article online that the service of hotels in North America cannot be compared with that in China. This hotel has an additional resort fee, which is the tax paid at the hotel by Ctrip.

A good hotel overall, well located, with efficient staff and a large room with views and a balcony. Breakfast should improve the quality of the products (natural juices for example) and more fruit. But in general we liked the attention and the services.

I booked this hotel by accident. The hotel is new and in a good location. I booked a deluxe king-size bed this time. The front desk service was very enthusiastic and they arranged a room for me. The scenery outside the window attracted us the most. The lake view is beautiful. The hotel's service is a plus point. It was a special trip. Satisfied.
