The staff was outstanding at the front desk. They were always helpful, especially Brandon. The breakfast was ok but not as I’m used to at other Home2 Suites. Housekeeping came when ever requested but they never cleaned the tile floors or cleaned the toilet. I picked up some cleaning stuff at the store and did it myself. Not a big deal. I will continue to stay here on future visits.

I unexpectedly needed to stay at this Home2 Suites late last night. When I called the hotel, Anthony answered and he was absolutely outstanding! Anthony's excellent service continued when my son and I arrived at the hotel. He greeted us with a huge smile and made check-in a quick process. He is truly an asset to the Hilton organization! The room itself was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I couldn't have been happier with my stay!

This was one of the nicest H2S I have stayed in. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location is very convenient. A Wegmans just down the street and shopping and restaurants nearby. Easy to get down to Wilmington or up to PHL from here. Would stay here again without hesitation. Well done.

Went out for an astronomy conference at spitz which was amazing. The hotel was perfect for us. Good breakfast and service. Nice location near many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Room was in good shape and had everything that was needed.

We stayed at the Home2 Suites in Glen Mills while visiting nearby Longwood Gardens from out of state. This is a fairly new hotel down Route 1 from Longwood. It is also near the restaurants of Chadds Ford and other local attractions. We've been debating between a 4 or 5 rating for this hotel, but have landed on a "5" with an explanation. This is an excellent hotel, but not a luxury hotel. This hotel pretty much ticks all the boxes. It has convenient and free parking out front. The check-in was friendly and easy. The lobby has a fresh but also retro mid-century modern feel, which was a change of pace from some blander chains. Our room had a similar feel, but also lots of traveler-friendly features such as a kitchenette with dishes, lots of plugs and outlets, a couch where you could actually see the large flat panel tv, free wi-fi (which every hotel should have), a large bathroom, plentiful counter space, etc. Breakfast is included in the price. It isn't especially fancy, but included an egg dish, various breads, coffee, juices, cereal, some fruit, and basically everything we would have had at home. We would happily stay here again.

Pros: great location, modern Cons: if you have pet allergies, stay away. It was clean, but there was evidence of animal hair. Behind bed, there was a full collection and assortment. The mattress was stained. The sheets at Home2 are no longer made of cotton. They are polyester, which will have you in sweats.
