This has a wonderful location walking distance to so much. The hotel itself is a work in progress. The staff and the room both need upgrading. The bathroom had a sink that you could not wash your hands in. It was hard to brush your teeth. The shower was interesting because it was plumbed backwards. Just a bit loud from outside traffic. This hotel could definitely use some upgrading.

Glad I didn't read the negative reviews -- this was an excellent choice for staying in Concord twice on business. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was safe and convenient. A Thursday night brought a large wedding party which was noisy and rather annoying, so I would recommend requesting a room away from large groups if possible. Enjoyed being able to walk out the front door and stroll to a coffee shop in the morning and a nice variety of restaurants for dinner.

Extremelly outdated, wear and tear in furniture and other points are noticeable. The accustic insulation of the walls are mediocre, can you listen all conversation of your neighbor room. Breakfast buffet extremelly poor, believe or not, bread isn’t offered. Need to go a full remodelation, phisical and performance.

Di ritorno dall'eclissi dell'8 Aprile ci siamo fermati in questo posto, visto che le disponibilità erano dovunque esaurite. Ci accoglie un signore singolare quanto simpatico alla reception che ci chiede i documenti e ci da le chiavi. Devo dire che per quello che abbiamo pagato siamo stati benissimo ed abbiamo consumato una colazione veramente gustosa al vicino pub (il cui ingresso è all'interno dell'hotel). Non posso che fare un commento più che positivo, lo staying è stato ottimo.

This is a terrible hotel. The rooms were dirty and unclean - and totally outdated. I was skeeved out by laying my head on the pillows which are who knows HOW old. The staff was unfriendly, did not care about their customers and barely available - coffee was empty in the morning - the breakfast (if you can call a couple of wrapped muffins breakfast on a tiny desk breakfast) was terrible. I stay in Concord quite a bit for work and I will NEVER again stay here, It's really bad.

We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions when visiting family and it was always a favorite destination. I can safely say NEVER AGAIN! The 20+ utility trucks parked behind the hotel should have been a huge clue. The 3rd and 4th floors were overtaken by a very large number of out-of-state tree utility workers (40+) and sometimes they're families. We were later told by the front desk staff that they were there for a very long-term stay (months). There were workers wandering and sitting around the halls, just hanging out or waiting for their laundry. They were seen carrying electric skillets and pans into the hotel and rooms. The hallways and elevators smelled like a chili cookoff contest 24/7. The hotel felt unsafe and dirty. I can't imagine how they will ever clean those rooms, I doubt they will deep clean and replace carpets, what about those bedspreads? There are plenty of extend stay hotels around, this is not one of them. Shame on the hotel management for a very bad decision.
