Terrible hotel and potentially dangerous for your health. Having stayed at the end of 2021, I wondered how the management of this hotel could have degraded this establishment so quickly. I was told it had been open since 2011. In my room I found mold everywhere, on the walls, the bedding. The air in the bathroom was unbreathable. I coughed all night... Indeed, I understood why 1 month after my stay the Guinean state withdrew this hotel's operating permit. Out of more than 200 only 35 were up to standard…

I stayed for a week whilst on a business trip. The Hotel Rooms are clean and the wifi worked very well. The staff were all following Covid 19 mitigation procedures. I have seen that the hotel staff go out of their way to make you feel very welcome. The food was excellent. I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Conakry Guinea.

Catastrophic So, I will pass over the fact that barrier gestures, in particular the use of masks, are absolutely not respected, but if the infrastructure and the quality of the catering are superb, the service is simply disastrous. This is a real shame for a Sheraton! Anecdote: ordering a first wine, there isn't one, you don't want Bordeaux Fonfroide?, no thanks Ordering the second wine, there isn't any, you don't want Bordeaux Fonfroide? Ordering the third wine, you don’t want the Bordeaux Fonfroide? Order 4 wine, out of spite I order an afsud wine. There's none, they bring me US wine🤣🤣🤣 It could be fun if all this hadn't happened at the same meal. Finally we had Fontfroide but for dessert 🤣 And everything is like that for everything! The service is lousy And to finish on a high note, at the time of payment, a questionable manipulation was made with my visa, without my agreement!!! Obviously, the hotel will tell me that they apologize, that it is not their fault etc… But the principle of apology does not authorize anything. So no, I'm not excusing you. This is deplorable.

I booked 2,5 weeks in advance. I arrived tonight after 14 hours of jeep from faranah, with only 4 bananas in the stomach and very very tired....and the hotel was closed !!! Two guys at the entrance sent me aways without offering any solution and I wondered for a couple of hours in conakry during the night to find a place to sleep. Very disappointed. Not professional at all!
