İstanbul’dan *********** üzerinden rezervasyon yaptım ve hayatımda kaldığım en şirin, samimi, konforlu Otel diyebilirim. Liza Hanım beni karşıladı ve yardımcı oldu. Kendisine ve herkese, Kat Hizmetlerinden Yerna Hanım’a çok teşekkür ederim. İkisi de çok güzel insanlar 🙏 Otel tertemiz, sıcak, harika dizayn edilmiş ve fiyatları oldukça ideal. Bir çok 5 Yıldızlı Otel’den daha iyi hizmet veriyorlar, tebrik ederim. Uzak durmanız gereken Bir otel.resepsiyondaki bayanlar günaydın diyorum cevap bile vermiyor...oda balkonları birbirine açılıyor yan odadaki adam sabaha kadar alkol sigara içip bizi rahatsız etti balkona çıkamadık balkonlar arası duvar yok yan yana diğerine geçiş yapılabilir. Banyo dan koku geliyor.yatak çok rahatsız.klima bozuk. Uzak durun buradan.

25.02.2022 в 10:47 забронировал места для семьи беженцев из Одессы для короткого отдыха по пути в Европу.Люди сутки простояли на таможне и хотели просто помыться и поспать пару часов.Об этом было сообщено администратору!После десятиминутного совещания с руководством,администратор сообщила,что резерв принят. Соответственно люди направились в сторону Комрата для короткого отдыха...Однако ровно через час,в 11:47 мне перезвонила администратор и сообщила о том,что произошло недоразумение и номера яко бы не освободились....Ребята были без связи и пользовались интернетом только на заправках,поэтому спокойно прибыли по указанному адресу и представьте их разочарование когда они узнали о том,что зря сюда приехали.... Мы конечно же нашли им место,но уже в Тараклии, куда после бессонной ночи им пришлось добраться.... Хозяева,так бизнес в сфере гостеприимства делать нельзя!!!
