We stopped for food and was glad we did. Good varied menu with I imagine something for everyone. Served promptly by delightful staff. The pub ha a lot of character and ambience and well decorated. When we need to go to back to Bath we shall stop on the way out and on the way back.

Cosy, clean room We stayed for one night before a wedding and the room was cosy and spotless! Bed was super comfy and the staff were kind enough to give us bacon baps after service closed so we could have them for our breakfast as we had to leave super early and miss out! Really lovely place. We will be back to try the food!

8am for breakfast. My only grumble is breakfast dose not start until 8 this is to late. This is becoming a bit of a thing since Covid not just this Hotel. Charge for breakfast in the room price and then it starts when you have to be at work. Have a separate charge that can be added on arrival.

Wow The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. The food was fantastic and the open fire sumptuous. The room was lovely and the bed was so comfy. Dogs were welcome in all areas and he had a great time. Thanks for the great experience.
