I didn't even get to go, just by asking for information you realize that they are limited, zero willing to give you attention just to make a reservation, for any traveler if from the moment you make a reservation you already notice the limitations and the poor accessibility, you look for another option, that gives you the attention you ask for.

Many problems with this hotel, we have been coming to Mexico for 20 years, PV, Nuevo, Bucerias and this by far was our worst experience. Construction from 6AM to 7:30 PM every day and no compensation for this, as we were not informed of the construction. Very expensive for what you get, the management is terrible and can’t make decisions. The other staff is great, I believe the management needs training. We will not be coming back and the rooms are not set up for long term stays, stay away from this hotel RB from Canada 🇨🇦
