Returned to this gorgeous hotel and was delighted to find they have opened an in-house restaurant rather than just serving bar food. My husband and I had an excellent dinner there and the atmosphere was relaxed and cosy. We had the garlic prawns and then the turbot, both of which were delicious. We also had a traditional Portuguese dish of peas with onions and egg which was a bit intense for me but my husband loved it. We didn't have dessert but they gave us the most delicious little chocolates that had salt and olive oil on them. Unusual but totally yummy! We will definitely be returning.

AlmaLusa is located in the heart of Comporta village which as far as I could see was unique. All other hotels were 10/15 drive away. We arrived very early but the room was available and the excellent manager talked us through the facilities , breakfast etc. The room was lovely with lovely en suite . Breakfast was superb, lovely buffet and all hot food was cooked to order and excellent. A short walk from the hotel brought us to all the bars restaurants of the village and even in early November they were all open. we found the hotel to be excellent value for money with excellent facilities and service. On checking out and returning home to the Algarve I discovered that I had left my laptop at the hotel. On calling Carina quickly located it and said she could arrange to courier to me. An hour later she texted to say that the Sales Manger for the hotel was traveling to Faro the next day and would be delighted to reunite me with my laptop. This lovely gesture was indicative of the service we received throughout our stay. We would happily recommend the AlmaLusa

un hotel muy caro para la habitacion tan minuscula que teniamos en un primer piso sin ascensor. El comedor donde se servia el desayuno tambien pequeño, se podia desayunar en la terraza de la piscina pero solia estar lleno. La ubicacion , la decoracion y el servicio estaban bien

Tijdens onze rondreis door het zuiden van Portugal een nacht in dit hotel verbleven. Gelijk bij de ontvangst viel de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel op. ‘s Avonds heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant van het hotel, waar Marcel ons uiterst bekwaam en vriendelijk bediende. Ook het ontbijt was uitermate goed en uitgebreid.

Hôtel très bien situé au centre de comporta. Belle décoration et très belle végétation. La piscine est un peu enclavée mais agréable sauf si comme nous vous avez un jeune garçon qui passe son après-midi à crier. Inconvénient un relais 5G à 10 m de l'hotel. L'avantage est que l'on capte très bien.
