Hotel posto in ottima posizione Pulizia eccellente Piscine e spa favolose Personale professionale e gentile Unica osservazione è sul servizio ristorante che dovrebbe riuscire a soddisfare alcune semplici richieste dei clienti che nel nostro caso non sono state accolte.

Abbiamo prenotato per un fine settimana al termine della stagione estiva. Soggiorno perfetto. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa, colazione abbondante e cena gourmet veramente notevole. La spa molto accogliente e bellissima la piscina riscaldata esterna. Soltanto un piccolo consiglio, magari la piscina interna leggermente più riscaldata. Un aspetto che vorrei sottolineare è soprattutto la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale dell'hotel. Veramente grazie

Es war wirklich mit einer die besten Hotels wo ich je Urlaub verbracht habe. So ein nettes und zuvorkommendes geführtes Familien Hotel. Sie sind wirklich auf alle Wünsche eingegangen und haben einen nicht das Gefühl gegeben etwas komisches geäußert zu haben. Auch die lieben Nachrichten vor dem gute Nacht gehen waren immer eine Freude am Abend. Wir empfehlen das Hotel aufjedenfall weiter !!

hotel eccellente, personale gentile e cordiale che ti soddisfa in ogni singola richiesta. la spa e le piscine pulite e con tutti i servizi necessari; il ristorante gourmet di alta qualità e ottima merenda nel pomeriggio; grandi escursioni organizzare da Roberto e Rino, che ti fanno scoprire e amare i posti più belli della zona. Un hotel che ti fa sentire in famiglia. Complimenti alla famiglia Tevini!

Splendida struttura, curata nei minimi particolari e in posizione invidiabile. La cura per la pulizia, l'ottimo servizio e la cortesia del personale avrebbe meritato il massimo dei voti. La nota stonata che mi ha lasciato perplesso è la ristorazione che a mio avviso non è da 4*S. Piatti insapore e senza identità, nonostante la materia prima di indiscussa qualità, e un buffet praticamente inesistente. Conoscendo il settore e frequentando ristoranti ed hotel di ottimo livello, anche nella stessa Val di Sole, ritengo il mio giudizio appropriato. Questo comunque non pregiudica l'ottima valutazione che merita questa struttura.

Wir waren Ende September hier und hatten perfektes Wanderwetter. Es gibt super Wanderungen in dieser Gegend und wenn man dann Nachmittags ins Hotel zurückkehrt, bietet die Wellness Landschaft eine angenehme, sehr dezente Umgebung zum erholen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und gehoben eingerichtet. Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen bietet eine gute Auswahl - vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis definitiv OK. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend:]. Wir können das Hotel unbedingt weiter empfehlen!
