飯店吹風機風力很弱，男生吹頭髮都要很久才能吹乾，跟櫃檯借了一台吹風機，還沒退房就問我們什麼時候要還，感覺不是太好，水龍頭在洗澡的時候碰到會很燙，小心燙傷。
地點離帕爾馬市區有一段路走路要25分鐘左右，飯店出來左邊的便利雜貨店會敲詐遊客，入住要小心不要跟他買東西。

Excellent service and location, extremely pleasant staff, the gentleman at the reception treated us very well, very neat hotel both in the external area and in the rooms, breakfast with a variety of bread, fruits, cereals and juices, all top notch, I will return soon that's for sure

Reding other reviews, I almost think I'm at a different hotel, but alas, I'm not. I'm on day 2 of a 1 week visit and the hotel is exceptionally disappointing given the £4000 price tag. The "premium" room is very basic. Great view, but tiny room and very basic amenities. During the day, it's like a ghost hotel, there's nobody here - they prefer vending machines to real people. If you are used to other 4* or 5* hotels , stay away from here, it's at best a 3* hotel. I'm writing this at breakfast, limited choice, all the cooked food is cold. Best tip for this hotel - book a refundable rate as you can then leave after you realise you booked the wrong place.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, right on the marina. 20 minutes stroll into the old town, it’s all flat. The view from the bar and pool area is amazing. Even though you are on a road, it’s not noisy. The staff were very nice, we could check in at 11am on a Sunday (normal check in is 2pm). The bar food is excellent. All rooms have a free safe, water and we were provided towels for the sun loungers. The beds were comfortable and the AC was brilliant. The walls are very thin between bedrooms, pack earplugs. We could hear everything. We struggled to find restaurants close to the hotel, we walked into the old town. We found it difficult to get taxis back, we used Uber. The standard room is standard, it’s not big, but I would return and stay here again.
