The location is very good.
The staff at the reception and in housekeeping were very friendly.
Unfortunately my room was a disaster. The beds were very uncomfortable. The WiFi only worked in the bathroom or in the hallway, the network was generally overloaded. Unfortunately the shower changed from hot to cold every second.

The breakfast and dinner buffet was great, there was no need to eat outside of the hotel.
The hotel is in a quiet spot, but still close to the Balneario or other activities!

Wir waren vor 8 Jahren schon mal hiee was für ein Unterschied . Die Animation so schlecht kein Abendprogramm nicht einmal live Musik es war so enttäuschend . Niemals im Leben 5 Sterne , wir waren schon in so vielen Hotels in der Türkei. Das einzige was wir loben können ist das Personal !

Great stay in a great hotel
Staff in reception very attentive which was appreciated. Hotel was overall a great experience! Confortable beds! Spacious rooms, breakfast was exceptional. Fresh fruits, conserved fruits and dried fruits. Never had that in a hotel ever before. Staff in breakfast room did a very good job too in a loud and very crowded environment. We especially appreciated the refeigerator in the room.Thank you.

Das Hotel hält alles, was versprochen wurde, die Zimmer sind geräumig und unseres hatte einen Balkon. Das Badezimmer war gross, geräumig und mit einer kraftvollen Dusche. Lediglich 2 Haken für die Handtücher wurden vermisst. Der Pool ist sehr schön und es sind ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Das Highlight ist aber das Abend Buffet, es ist unglaublich reichhaltig, wir konnten nur ein freundliches und sehr aufmerksames Personal registrieren. Nur wenige Meter bis zur Bushaltestelle nach Palma waren sehr angenehm. Wir waren sehr zufreiden und werden wiederkommen
