The location is very good.
The staff at the reception and in housekeeping were very friendly.
Unfortunately my room was a disaster. The beds were very uncomfortable. The WiFi only worked in the bathroom or in the hallway, the network was generally overloaded. Unfortunately the shower changed from hot to cold every second.

Das Hotel hält alles, was versprochen wurde, die Zimmer sind geräumig und unseres hatte einen Balkon. Das Badezimmer war gross, geräumig und mit einer kraftvollen Dusche. Lediglich 2 Haken für die Handtücher wurden vermisst. Der Pool ist sehr schön und es sind ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Das Highlight ist aber das Abend Buffet, es ist unglaublich reichhaltig, wir konnten nur ein freundliches und sehr aufmerksames Personal registrieren. Nur wenige Meter bis zur Bushaltestelle nach Palma waren sehr angenehm. Wir waren sehr zufreiden und werden wiederkommen

Los trabajadores tanto del comedor como de la recepcion excelentes, la media pension variada y más que aceptable. Las instalaciones más que aceptables. Hemos salido encantados del hotel.
Como punto de mejora, en nuestra habitacion hacia falta, y digo quizas, limpiar los filtros del aire. Mi valoracion es de 9 sobre 10. :-)

Ruhige Lage , Strandnähe, gemütliche Betten, Zimmer 712 perfekte Aussicht, Frühstück war gut, Abendessen nicht ganz unser Geschmack , Frühstücksraum wirkt etwas kalt und Kantinenmäßig! Zimmer sauber, ganzes Hotel sauber, roch jeden Morgen sehr frisch nach dem putzen! Poolanlage auch sehr schön!

SHOCKING SERVICE, DO NOT STAY!
Our room was flooded on the first night due to the drainage, so I called reception and all they could say was someone will fix tomorrow. All our stuff was soaked which was very annoying. Following day they had said it'd been fixed, but the problem remained. They eventually agreed to change room but didn't even offer any compensation despite it being a downgrade.
If not for the issue above, the stay would have been mediocre at best anyway, food was incredibly average, pool was cold, definitely learnt my lesson staying at a cheap hotel, you get what you pay for I guess.

Ich bin bereits 3 oder 4× dort gewesen, immer zufrieden. Ist überwiegend älteres Klientel, dadurch aber auch recht ruhig.Großer Schwimmingpool, leckeres Frühstück!
