We had a lovely stay, exceptionally friendly staff, very nice accommodation. We would have preferred the breakfast restaurants to offer the same service though, but overall we had a really nice holiday at the Royal Hideaway Corales!

Hotel de lujo del de verdad, desde que entras por la puerta, la atención, las magníficas habitaciones, algunas de ellas con piscina privada, el servicio por parte de todo el equipo, los detalles, la decoración, y la oferta gastronómica, puedes cenar en un estrella Michelin como San Ho o un dos estrellas Michelin como el rincón de Juan Carlos y vivir dos experiencias inolvidables o tomarte una pizza deliciosa en la Trayoria o un helado artesano, buenísimos todos, tomarte un cóctel en Mareaia o pedir un Room Service y disfrutarlo en una habitación con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones inmejorables. Además todo ello mientras disfrutas de la atención y el cuidado de equipo humano difícilmente mejorable. Muchas gracias a todos por unos días increíbles y una celebración de cumpleaños que nunca olvidaremos.

Ideal location for a quiet getaway, away from the busier areas further south. Suites are spacious and well tended. Staff and service throughout are superb whist still being friendly and in touch. Yes it is the higher end of the price bracket but you get the service and surroundings you would expect. A few more parasols around the pool would be good.

Quite exceptional in every aspect - from the professional, courteous and helpful reception staff to housekeeping, restaurant, bars and pool staff. Faultless experience every day of our 10 day stay. Breakfast in Nao rates as one of the best breakfasts ever. From the second day every preference was remembered. Experience at the 5th floor pool and the Bar Maresia consistently beyond expectation. Accommodation exceptional. Public washrooms as clean and well maintained as the best in Japan - and that’s a major compliment! Front desk staff could not have tried harder to resolve an IT issue with my laptop. We will be returning!

Our stay was very good, the staff are exceptional and always willing to help and special thanks to Justine and Andrea. It was my brother's 50th and they organised a cake and delivered it to the off-site restaurant! Just one of the highlights! The spa is fantastic and the facilities are luxurious and well-equipped. You could not get a better location for dining, shopping, beach and tranquillity!

Una de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido. Una localización inmejorable y un servicio a la altura de nuestras expectativas. Repetimos cada año y cada año nos sorprende. La experiencia de tener piscina en tu propia habitación nos pareció lo mejor de esta experiencia. Sin duda repetiremos!

Stayed with wife and two children. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very hospitable. In particular the concierge, pool staff and Olga (exercises) were fantastic. The wine tasting with Carlos was superb and he was very knowledgeable. All in all a fantastic and amazing experience. The private tour with Neil was excellent especially his knowledge of volcanoes. Will go again next year!

2ème séjour toujours aussi agréable au royal Hideaway en famille pour 12 jours en aout. Service impeccable et nourriture de très bonne qualité, propreté de l'ensemble du site, Room service excellent, service à la piscine très bien à l'exception malheureusement d'un personne. Par contre nous avons déploré le manque de parasols cette année, certains jours impossible d'en avoir, ce qui me parait inacceptable sur un hôtel de cette catégorie. Même les lits balinais en ont été privé, quelle est la raison à cela? Un grand merci au maître nageur (je ne connais pas son prénom) qui parle très bien le français et qui est juste adorable. Nous reviendrons encore avec plaisir profiter de la quiétude de ce magnifique hôtel.
