Amazing hotel - rooms, service, breakfast. Be prepared to have to book ahead for your evening meal if you want to eat in either of the two restaurants that allow children under 16.

We had a really lovely week here. Room was superb with an excellent view. It was kept spotless, the maid was excellent, very cheery and discreate. Pool area was clean with plenty of beds, no issue at any point of the day getting a sun bed. Service around the pool was also excellent. Breakfast? Well it was fantastic, LOADS of choice and service with a smile. We eat a couple of times in the hotel, can be difficult to get a reservation at one of the more popular restaurants. Which frustrated us as we didn't get to eat there. However, there's loads of very good restaurants very close. Staff were all very good. in fact, great in many cases. They all made us feel very welcome and definitely added to our enjoyment. We will definitely stay here again.

A lovely spotlessly clean hotel with hugely hardworking, attentive and friendly staff. Wonderful roof top bar and pool and a lovely room with a view complete with loungers. Excellent breakfast with good food choices. Our thanks to Miguel the lovely evening barman for such great service. Can absolutely recommend.

The design of the rooms in the adult only section is ludicrous , we did not get one good nights sleep , the bath and sinks are right next to the bed . The toilet door does not even go to the top, noise and smells are in your room like it or not !! So no toilet flushing or handwashing in the night as you will wake the other person ! Door slams too so had to put a towel in the way ! Hotel refused to change our room without us paying a whole lot more for extra villa which we did not require and refused to even release us from the obligation to pay if we relocated to another hotel. Furthermore there is no traditional lounge bar area , only two small bar areas by the outdoor pools ! I would not return , nor recommend unless you are a deep sleeper and have no inhibitions about hygiene and toilets etc

Rarement séjourné d'un un hôtel d'une telle qualité. Rien n'est laissé au hasard. Certes ce n'est pas donné comme séjour mais le rapport prix/qualité est excellent. Rare d'avoir un établissement où il y a aussi peu à dire négativement. Incroyable aussi d'avoir 3 restaurants étoilés dans un même hôtel. A noter aussi que toutes les chambres et suites donnent vue mer donc aucun risque de mauvaise surprise à ce niveau. Une palme particulière au restaurant 1 étoile de type cuisine asiatique le San Hô. Magique de A à Z

Para el precio que sale,no tiene nada que ofrecer....!!!!! Servicio recepción fatal,habitaciones,los colchones,son dobles con un tope jaajaja,madre mía....los restaurantes,la carta super corta,y no ofrecen nada,de nada....lo único que tiene a su favor es la piscina en el 5 piso,que es infinito....pero de resto fatal...!!!!!!mi consejo hay muchísimo hoteles en adeje,que le dan no mil,si no dos mil vueltas....!!!! No tires el dinero en ese hotel....que bastante nos cuesta

Excellent as ever, special mention to Stan who served us at breakfast. Nothing was to much trouble in fact it was ‘nae bother’. Also the guy that never stops Andreas at the pool. A real credit to your organisation. Both these gentlemen epitomise the service excellence that keeps us returning.
