Me, my husband and 14 year old daughter stayed here for one night in October. We had a room on the ground floor facing the car park. The room was clean and the beds were comfy, but the room was too hot and I was unable to make it cooler. Fortunately the window did open a little bit, but if it had been summer rather than late autumn I think I would have had to leave. As it was, I didn’t sleep well at all, also there is virtually no soundproofing and we could clearly hear people moving about in the room above. Apart from the Brewers Fayre next door and the petrol station on the roundabout there isn’t much around this hotel. It is not in Llandudno, in fact Llandudno is 4 miles away. Sloppy research on my part. Parking is free, WiFi is poor. The breakfast was ok. The lady on reception who checked us in was super helpful, big shout out to her. I wouldn’t stay here again for the reasons outlined above, there is another Premier Inn right in the centre of Llandudno which I would stay at next time, although it is a lot more expensive! You get what you pay for!

The staff in the hotel & restaurant were lovely! The food was okay but I feel that Premier Inn are going downhill rapidly. I’ve been staying in them regularly for work since 2018 and other than the addition of Premier Plus rooms in some locations the hotels are outdated, grubby & poorly staffed. Morale is low which is no surprise and I leave in the mornings feeling like I need another shower to get rid of the smell of dirty sticky carpets, bathroom mould & ant killer. You really do need to invest that money we all pay into refurbishing your hotels.

On the whole a lovely experience at the hotel, staff were amazing and helpful, polite and courteous at all times. Room (4) was clean and comfortable, if some what outdated, heating didn't seems to work, TV had very few working cannels and coffee in short supply, milk out of date and curdled. Got an extra charge once left, Investigating , Location, parking and services offered, breakfast etc were lovely and can not be faulted. Whilst some negativity a lot more positives and my negative comments should not detract any one form booking

We are a retired couple who stayed for 4 nights, seeing the location as very handy for our day trips around North Wales (we went to Llandudno, Snowdon, Portmeirion, Betws-y-coed, Anglesey etc), with easier parking and access perhaps than in central Llandudno. We also used the bus to Llandudno (25 mins' journey) from the stop right outside the hotel. It seemed to be a good hourly service. Rebecca and all the staff at the hotel and the adjacent Brewers Fayre were all very pleasant and helpful. They were particularly helpful in moving us to another room (in the main building) after we had a problem with the initial room in the annexe (46). This suffered from interminable banging of the annexe automated internal entrance door as people came and went - even during the night - so we did not get a good night's sleep. But the second room was fine for the remaining 3 nights so all credit to the team for accommodating our request to move. (nb We rarely complain anywhere.) Overall, we had a really good stay, for a reasonable price, and enjoyed the value meals at the Brewers Fayre. We would recommend the hotel (unless you're a devotee of channel S4C on TV - which suffers from poor reception ! - but nb the wifi was generally fine). The location is particularly good if you want to travel around the area as we did. A big thank you to the staff.

Stayed here with my mum and my 2 babies under 2 years old. We had a ground floor family room which was so handy not having to take the children and pushchair etc upstairs. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. We ate breakfast and dinner in the Brewers Fayre restaurant which is attached to the hotel every day as this was very convenient with having the children with us. The food was lovely and reasonably priced. Restaurant clean and very spacious. The staff at both dinner and breakfast for the 3 days were all LOVELY. They couldn't do enough for us so thank you to all of the restaurant staff. The reception staff we encountered all lovely too and cleaners all so friendly and hardworking. Thankyou ALL 👌🏻

All the members of staff that we met during our three night stay were wonderful, friendly, helpful, polite and professional. Jemma was particularly amazing and nothing was too much trouble for her! Premier Inn breakfast is always good, but again the staff were lovely and helpful, finding takeaway cups so I could take my coffee to the swimming gala! We will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Been in a few north wales locations past few weeks and this one was very simple and r easy going. It’s a hotel only with a brewers Fayre next door. Hotel was brilliant, staff couldn’t do anymore for us. Won’t be returning due to them now having a Llandudno town centre hotel but can’t fault it.

I stayed with my family as we were celebrating a wedding, and the hotel was perfect for us. Check-in was very easy and quick, and everyone at the desk was always friendly and responsive. Breakfast was our favourite aspect; there was so much variety for a really affordable price. The product was fresh and presented nicely. Dinner was also lovely, with service being quick. Housekeeping were very efficient and ready to help. The location was not only convenient, but also very beautiful! Everything was only five minutes away and the scenery was so tranquil.
