It's not good enough to say "no air con". It was 16 degrees outside, and we left the window open at night but the room was 26 degrees. There was a rickety old fan in the room but it doesn't reach you on the bed and was very loud and made it hard to sleep. Because of the window being open, I got bitten during the night too. My son was on a camp bed and it was very uncomfortable. There were 2 cups for 3 of us. There was a thick layer of dust and/or rust on the lamps and fixtures I did go to reception to complain in the evening. The man in front of me was already complaining. He was told "we've already moved you 3 times and can't do so again", so i didn't bother. I told the lady on checkout. Would definitely not stay there again or recommend it.

Premier inn now charge for parking your car. Another way to get money out of you. I think also premier inn should consider splitting their association with brewers fayre who are pretty awful. I won't book another stay where there is a brewers fayre.

Clean and tidy room. No aircon but fan was working on our arrival. Bed was comfortable, pillows not too soft not too hard just like we like. No noise in the room from the outside. Lots of parking spaces but it cost £3 per night.

On arrival we got our keys and advised that we had booked before the parking charge had been bought in (as per an email we received so didn't have to pay). The man at reception told us he would sort it? We were not in the main block which was not a problem. We went to our room and found two empty bottles of shampoo and soap on the side of the sink and only only set of towels - the room was booked for two people. Went back to reception and was told it would be done and when we returned later that evening the problem had been rectified. Room was very warm but we were provided with a fan and the windows did open. Had breakfast the next morning and it was good. Plenty of choice and friendly staff. We stayed here for its ease to Bangor (about 20mins away) lovely coastal drive. Plenty of parking.

We have stayed here previously about 2 years ago and decided to book again as our last stay was really good. It was the same on this occassion. We had booked a family room and it was a good size and the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general was very clean. The only down side to this hotel is the lack of aircon and we stayed on saturday when it was extremely hot but this is beyond the control of the hotel and it does say on the website about not having aircon and the staff were very accomodating and provided a fan. The hotel is also in a perfect place for visiting North Wales.
