Overall good but need to work on their floor marble, bathroom amenities and room freshness (without smell) and also need to check, everything is proper or not. Pros: large size room with good vibes and near to cl-ova beach. Good service neat and clean cons: mug and bucket was broken and look dirtily not provide basic amenities like dental kit, shaving kit. Very commerciallised setup with less focus on customer's priorities, very strict to their rules and policies. Rooms are average, really need a good renovation. Their in-house restaurant mehek is good though but the bundled breakfast with stay is not upto the mark.

Nice hotel with luxury ambience. Great hospitality offered by the team. From the cleaning staff till the Manager truly professional approach and friendly behaviour. Will certainly visit again . Thanks a ton dear team for your effort on making our vaccation a memorable one

I stayed at this hotel in March 2024 and this is, so far, my top 1 hotel I've stayed at in Colva. From the moment I checked in until I checked out I felt at home. The staff are helpful and pleasant always with a smile on their faces and they really care about their guests. Anita at the front desk was great! The rooms are clean and fresh, as are the bed linen and towels. I stayed in room 306 and found it to be relatively quiet late at night/early morning. The reception is manned around the clock, which felt safe. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Many thanks to Anita and the amazing staff who made me feel welcome with you!
