Overall it's all wrong, a typical American hotel with a bit of history. The surrounding environment is the city center, safe and clean. The hotel has complete internal facilities, and it's no problem to stay here in the city center.

The room is clean and tidy, and the surrounding environment is very good. It is located in the downtown of Columbus, and it is convenient to travel. The breakfast is not a buffet, you need to order food, the variety is a bit small, and the taste is not bad.

Excellent service. Particularly our experience with the valet service. Abdul was incredibly helpful and courteous. My family member has some mobility challenges and he was very attentive and went above and beyond.

We have stayed here a couple times now and both times were great. Very friendly staff and very clean.the valet was very quick. The Keep Restaurant and bar had a great atmosphere. We will stay here again next time we visit Columbus.

Everything from start to finish was incredible. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Especially the front office manager Yordanos Embaye. She went above and beyond searching all over Columbus for eye contact equipment that I had left at home. Without it I wouldn't be able to remove my contact or store it. She spent over 3 hrs. finding and purchasing most of what I needed. She was a total angel and deserves a big raise! Our accommodations were superb! Clean, comfortable and spacious. The restaurant food was delicious and staff were so very nice! I have traveled all over the world and I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a totally wonderful experience!

While the hotel was stunningly beautiful with gorgeous rooms, very comfortable beds, extremely clean and beautiful bathrooms. It was missing some basic amenities. There is a Starbucks in the lobby, but it closes at 5 PM and there is no other place to get coffee or water. They do not even provide free water in the lobby. The restaurant which has good ratings tor food, is not open past 9 PM. I found this highly unusual at a downtown hotel, not even room service. They have a few cold options for purchase in the lobby, but that is it. The staff were friendly and helpful as was the valet service. The valley service was $45 a night with In-N-Out privileges and you do get your car rather quickly. I inquired about the attached garage however the staff did not know the hourly rate the nightly fee, etc., and it seemed confusing to walk from the garage to the hotel plus, I wasn’t sure how safe it would be.
