Brent is the best host I’ve had in all of my travels. The hotel was great and he deserves any boost that he could. When I return for my next trip i anticipate returning here and Brent better be here or running the company. Could not recommend the place enough nor did I anticipate such a friendly reception. Extremely big fan.

From the moment you walk in, it’s truly a well thought pur experience. The beds are so comfortable, the best pillows. The massive shower is wonderful. We had breakfast The Keep and everything was delicious! We’ll be back, without a doubt. So nice!

Selected for location, would stay again if in Columbus. The hotel occupies part of the historic LeVeque Tower and has been beautifully restored. Apparently, at one point, they had tours of the hotel. The tours have ceased but ask the front desk staff and they will point out highlights and you can do a self-guided wander - seriously, the hotel is stunning. You also have an unobstructed view of Columbus City Hall from the connecting hallway to the parking lot. The location is perfect to walk around downtown Columbus.

Stayed here for one evening before a meeting at Huntington Bank which is directly across the street. From the moment you walk into the lobby, you can tell this place is special. It’s beautifully decorated in an upscale art deco style. The lobby even has a signature scent, which you can replicate with scented candles that they sell at the front desk. Checked into my room and was blown away from the beautiful interior and HUGE bathroom! This bathroom is nicer than my renovated bathroom back home! Had drinks and dinner at the Keep restaurant on the mezzanine level and highly recommend that as well. I’m sorry I didn’t have a reason to stay longer than one night!

Yordi and Summer were amazing! Very personable and friendly staff members that are attentive and willing to be helpful. I was comped drinks at the bar and Starbucks during my first stay which encouraged me to want to book again. The decor is very modern Gatsby art deco and can’t forget about the star machine!

The front desk staff were amazing and the upgraded room (based on my status) was top notch! Was upgraded to a full suite and it was absolutely amazing! totally perfect for entertaining some friends that I know in Columbus Additionally a very important part of any trip for me is the way staff treats their guests and everyone here is top notch! they actually seem like they care that a guests stay is enjoyable and that their needs are met. i would definitely stay here every trip i make to columbus!
