***Warning*** ⚠️ ****Warning*** Do not book this hotel until you read this and every other horrible, but true review. I arrived at the hotel at 10:30pm (not early) to find many unhappy Hilton customers standing in the lobby and the entrance with their bags. I was advised that most people had been waiting for hours to get a room. I saw people come down for linens because they were not in the room. Many of us canceled our reservations and struggled to find new accommodations very late at night. The hotel front desk was not capable of handling this horrible situation they didn’t create. The property owners and managers should be relieved of their responsibilities. This has been going on for a long time. They apologized for missing the mark.

Do not stay here. My experience from start to finish was absolutely terrible. I arrived at 5 PM with my son after his basketball tournament, and we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour just to check in—despite only one family being ahead of us. The staff was arguing with them over a botched adjoining room reservation instead of resolving the issue professionally. Meanwhile, another family from our team had already checked in, only to have their room double-booked. As they were unpacking, other guests walked in using a key card. Totally unacceptable. When we finally got to our room, there were no towels or toiletries. I went to the front desk and was told they didn’t have any clean towels at the time. No one ever brought them later, and I had to go down again to follow up. The next morning, the breakfast area was a mess—no coffee, no plates, and it was downright filthy. To make matters worse, I noticed four separate pending charges for my one room. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told none were available. I left my contact information and was promised a callback that never came. Since April, I’ve called Hilton guest services five times trying to get a resolution, and the only response I’ve received is a generic email saying they’ve attempted to contact the hotel with no success. It’s now been months, and nothing has been resolved. I expected far better from a Hilton-branded property. This hotel failed on every level—poor service, uncleanliness, billing issues, and no accountability. I will never stay here again and strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn at Easton on a Saturday evening. We arrived to check in at 8 p.m., only to be told by the front desk that our room wasn't ready. Despite having a reservation, we were forced to wait two hours in the lobby before we finally received a room. Sunday morning as we went to check out around 10:30 a.m., we overheard another guest talking about car break-ins. Unfortunately, our car was one of the 16 that had been targeted. The passenger side front window was cracked from corner to edge, and the back passenger window was completely shattered. We later found out that car break-ins are a regular occurrence in this hotel's parking lot. This isn't an isolated incident; it's a known problem that the hotel, in my opinion, has clearly failed to address. They did nothing to protect my property or the property of their other guests. I cannot stress this enough: Do not stay at the Hilton Garden Inn at Easton. They demonstrated a complete lack of concern for their guests' safety and property, and my experience was a costly and incredibly upsetting one. Save yourself the stress and potential damage – find somewhere else to stay.

Checked in on the app around 2PM the day I was scheduled to check in. Received confirmation and room assignment. I noted in the check in that I will be there after 10PM. When I got to the hotel around 10PM I went right to my room since I was checked in and my electronic room key was available, and the room key didnt work. Suddenly, the door opened and someone was in my room. After I apologized, I went to the front desk where the desk clerk looked haggard. One approached me and I said someone was in my room. He looked startled and stated, "she shouldn't be in that room, Ill look into this" then walked off. Fast forward, he never came back. Then a woman asked me what happened I explained what happened again, and then she looked equally perplexed. She said let me check something, she went in the back and mumbling something like "she didnt know what to do". She came back nearly 40 min later. Meanwhile the line behind me is growing and no one is manning the front desk for over 25 minutes. I asked a staff member who responded with "im just the bartender and I cant find anyone". Finally (waiting about 25 minutes at an empty front desk) the gentleman from 3rd shift arrived, dropped his stuff, and asked what i going on. I explained again. After about another 10 minutes, he said we are oversold and have no rooms. I said I have a reservation and he said, yes I understand but we are oversold and have no rooms. The people behind me were just as surprised and said he said the same thing. "Even if you have a reservation, we have no rooms". I explained I checked in at home. He said, yes that person must not have checked out the day she was supposed to. It was around this time that the previous woman who tried to help returned (about 40 min after she left the front desk unmanned...still haven't seen the first gentleman yet). After about another 15 minutes I was able to get a room at another hotel and my room was cancelled. This was a disgrace of an experience and I never been in a oversold hotel. I left in my car to a Marriot which I will give 5 stars too. Never saw the first guy again, and oh the whole place smelled of POT. I will post to google and trip advisor and I hope this review puts this hotel out of business or the owner fires the manager...which ever comes first.

We booked a reservation over a month in advance for the Nike Cup, only to arrive with our children and be told our reservation was canceled — without us ever canceling it ourselves. We were completely confused. Apparently, hotels can overbook their rooms, which basically turns your reservation into a first-come, first-serve situation. Because of this, we were out the money we had originally paid and had to scramble for somewhere else to stay. We ended up at the connecting hotel, Homewood Suites, where not only did we have to pay again for our stay, but we had to tip the front desk employee extra cash just to get into a room. Friends traveling with us faced the exact same issue: they were told Homewood was sold out, went back to Hilton Garden Inn, and were forced to pay again for another room. We had arrived at 8:30 PM after a full day of work and school and didn’t get settled into a room until almost 11 PM — with young kids and a morning soccer game ahead. Absolutely unacceptable. I am EXTREMELY frustrated that this is even allowed. Customers were shocked and rightfully upset. This happened to almost everyone arriving for the tournament. Honestly, I was concerned for the safety of the staff because tensions were running so high. No one drives 4–5 hours expecting to arrive at their destination and find out they don’t have a destination anymore. To be fair, the hotels themselves were clean and the location is great — plenty of shopping, restaurants, and things to do nearby. But the policy is absolutely disgusting. Also, the woman working the breakfast bar at Hilton Garden Inn had a terrible attitude — exactly what you don’t need after being put through such a stressful experience. It took every ounce of self-control not to lose it. As a final note: there was no hand soap in the room either, which was just the cherry on top of a bad experience. Bottom line: While the hotel is clean and in a nice area, be very careful when booking here. Your reservation does not guarantee you a room, especially if you are arriving later in the evening. Based on what I witnessed, I would not trust staying here again for any event.

Is new and still in very good shape. Room prep want the best as I had no cups for water or coffee and there was an old pair of shorts under the mattress. One of the pillows still smelled a little like ****
