Drury Inn & Suites Columbus Dublin

During check-in, the attendant, skipped over issues, things as I referred to them, in short, she said, “It’s all written in the card holder...I guess she was frazzled by the time showed up. I checked into my room, and found the A/C unit had two small pools of water soaking into the carpet, I reported it immediately to the front desk, same women, a gentlemen came from behind the door, and stated, that’s normal…don’t worry about it. I responded that I did not want to be held accountable for spilling something, when I did not. I guess maintenance is not a top priority, or handy-man work is not on his ready list…the shower has a continual drip…I guess the water bill hides this leak…shhh! As for the evening "kick-back", the patron's line started an early @5:30 p.m.; the hostess/bartender was by far the best I have seen in her skill set and friendliness. Oh my, I forgot, taking the elevators down, the kids must have thought the free popcorn was confetti as it was spread about the elevator floor. During the “Kickback” the workers were continually monitoring things…what a great team within the kitchen. There was an indoor pool and a really nice layout gym. I found on our own, the front desk did not mention these offertories...must have slipped her mind.

We stayed for the first time ever at a Drury Inn and loved it! We come through Dublin on our way to Michigan once a year, and usually stay at another chain where we earn points, but that hotel has really tanked the last few years, so I tried the Drury for the first time, and we loved it! We won't go back to the other chain. Lynne at the front desk was so helpful and kind, our room was spacious and spotless, and the happy hours bartender and breakfast attendant were friendly and efficient.

great staff and clean place to stay. very accommodating. would highly recommend. the place to anyone. the open dine in the lobby from 5:30-7:00 was amazing did not to go pout at all to eat.

This is my third stay at Drury Inn and Suites in the Columbus, Dublin area. I would highly recommend them over the more expensive hotels. The price is great, and there is not one thing I can find that they could do better. The staff are super friendly and the rooms are fantastic. And the value is second to none. Included in the price is a full breakfast, dinner and two free drinks a day. Wow!

Hotel is very clean and super comfortable! The housekeeping staff are excellent! The front desk is very friendly and welcoming! We will definitely stay here again!

We loved our first stay at a Drury Inn. The front desk receptionist/bar tender was very friendly as was the rest of the staff. We usually have another chain hotel that we try to book, but couldn't find any with good reviews. Our daughter had stayed at a Drury, and we saw good reviews so decided to try it. Based on this experience, we will be finding Drury Inn at other locations when we travel. Clean rooms and good evening and morning meals as well as a fair price. Thank you for a great experience!
