Disappointed
Bedding was stained and so were the towels. Non smoking room that smelled of smoke. Burns on bathrooom floor. Dust caked on the frame of the bathroom mirror. WiFi never worked now did the tv.

Stains on towels and comforter and floor was dirty. When it was brought to their attention all that was done was an apology.

Service was okay. Staff was very kind and polite. It was very quiet at night as well which is a plus. However our door didn't lock properly and the room was extremely dirty. It didn't look like it was cleaned in several weeks. Our bedding had several stains on it and there was dust and gunk everywhere.
In the grassy area at the bottom of the stairs near our room was a bunch of trash, someone's lost pair of underwear, and a few piles of poop. This place was honestly disgusting and I hope that they change for the better and keep it more clean.

Find something better
It was something quick for rest. The linen on the bed were stained. The comforter had stains on them also. Someone had to come to the room to fix the television and discovered the the cords were loose in the back

Hotel horror!!
I pulled into the parking lot and and immediately got my phone out and found another place to stay, gave the building a drive around and no way was this the place i would consider staying.

Room was dirty. Bed linens were well worn with a hole in the top sheet. Desk stays was nice but hotel was not very clean.

Absolute worst stay!!! We stayed for over a month and the staff was extremely rude!! They kept REFUSING to give us towels and toilet paper!! I want my $2000 back for this extremely terrible stay!! I will NEVER come back to this hotel!! It’s also in a very bad neighborhood!

I will NEVER come back to this hotel!! It’s also in a very bad neighborhood! Someone got stabbed at Tim Hortans right next door and that’s not even the half of it!
