Only gave it a 1 because I couldn’t choose 0. We booked a room for an out of town softball tournament. When we arrived, we could tell immediately it was in need of updating, and that it didn’t seem like the most “upscale” area. We could overlook that for a night. That was, until we got to our first room. We walked in and it was blistering hot. The a/c was running full force, but it was warm air. We called to see about it getting fixed or switching rooms, and didn’t even really take it in the fact the room wasn’t very clean. We get to the second room, and instantly my husband notices a bug. Not even sure what kind, but it was big and we took off. He tries once more and we get a third room. This one has live and dead roaches and bedbugs. We ran to the lobby, along with two other families from our team, who experienced the same things. The man at the desk didn’t even seem surprised and ran the refunds on our cards (which of course didn’t happen for several days). We were left feeling disgusted, stressed, and exhausted at close to midnight, trying to find another hotel in the area at a decent price. No reason that this place is still open. I wish I had come to Trip Advisor reviews before booking it. Obviously it’s been an issue for years. My husband reported them to the Health Dept.

I am so upset and disgusted! When first checking in there were no nonsmoking rooms available as we reserved. We were so tired, so we said ok. When entering the room, it was disgusting. There was hair on the shower walls, dirt in the tub, looked like blood on the shower curtain and no soap to even wash our hands. We decided to just try to nap before driving several hours back home. Even the few hours there we reeked of smoke! When we woke up, we find a cockroach by our bags! I reported it to the front desk. He asked what our room # was but said nothing he could do. I call the hotel Monday and am told no refund as I didn't notify anyone of this. I surely did and even tried to show him photos of the cockroach. Then said no refund since we stayed, even if we only stayed an hour, we were considered "staying". We were absolutely exhausted and needed to nap before driving home. We did not shower, but how were we to know the room had cockroaches until we seen it hours later! We will never use this hotel again and hope this helps anyone that may think about going there.

This hotel stay was a triiiiip. The staff is weird but nice. We wanted early check in, so they put us in a different room until ours was ready. I haven't had that treatment before, but it was accommodating. We got a jacuzzi suite. Pretty spacious square footage in the room. The jacuzzi jets are intense. Leave the tub and that jet is spraying onto the wall. You know what you're getting with the price so may as well enjoy what you get. I'm happy to report the only negative was finding a cig butt under the bed when cleaning up after ourselves. For the cheap nightly rates this hotel was a great value!

The room is pre outdated. There were roaches in the bathroom,and the bathtub has black stuff in it. Made me have to wear shower shoes in shower. Took a longer than usual time to check in as clerk was busy on personal phone
