Be sure to order breakfast! It's rich and delicious, and the staff is very friendly. However, many services (cleaning, toothbrush, razor, etc.) require you to request them at the counter, so the service in this regard is not very friendly. However, the room is large and close to the conference venue, highly recommended.

We were only here a short time as we stayed while we drove through. I forgot to take pictures, but it was immaculately clean, beds were very comfortable, and very tasteful decor. The lady at the front desk kindly moved us to the fourth floor from the ninth when we arrived as I have a phobia about elevators. My only complaint is that the valet is $45 or you have to use city parking decks, but we were fine with doing that. Overall, if we are ever back in Columbus, I’ll be booking here.

Room was hot and despite having maintenance coming and replacing the thermostat there was no improvement. I spent five nights getting little sleep as a result. The maid skipped our room, and we had no towels to shower. When I called the front desk, they said they would take care of it, but after thirty minutes I called again only to be informed that they could not get us towels until 8:00am when the cleaning staff arrived. This was unacceptable since we had to be somewhere by 8. Lastly, the gym was missing over half of the dumbbells, and two of the four treadmills were broken. Terrible. Please note the photo is with all of the available dumbbells placed on the rack. Overall, a huge disappointment. They failed at the most basic level.

The room was a suite, very nice! It was a perfect location for our event. Valet parking was super easy and maybe the best part, but very pricey. Downside, the a/c unit was SO loud, felt like we were inside a plane. The bed was not very comfortable. The coffee machine in the room and the ice machine did not work. Overall, it served its purpose for the location and our event. Otherwise, just ok.

The Front desk staff professional and helpful. The Bartender Shelby was top notch and courteous. The room was clean with modern amenities and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced for the upscale environment and service was great. My morning server Sharon was a delight.

Great hotel - very modern and in a great location. Unfortunately, I got ill and had very little energy to do anything. I called the Goodale restaurant curious if they had soup or something similar. While this hotel does not have room service, a server named Tim could tell that I wasn't feeling well and he brought down a menu to my room. After I told him what I'd like, he offered to deliver the food as well. Turns out I ended up having the flu but I couldn't thank Tim enough for making my rough work trip a little bit better when it counted most. Cheers, Tim!
