The staff was polite (kinda broke the waffle batter dispenser and were nice about the whole thing) and super helpful when I needed something. I found it odd tho that if your TV is too loud that they just turn off the sound to the TV instead of saying something. So the rest of my stay i watched things off my phone and swam. I overall enjoyed my stay not sure if I would stay again bc of the TV thing tho😅
