Came for a relaxing weekend, it was a nice stay, very quiet, the staff was really friendly. Breakfast was nice and hot.

Was all around very disappointing with it being very dirty, incredibly loud and in a terrible part of town, i have pictures of all stains and dirty attire in our room and will be expecting a refund

There was some basic maintenance that was not being taken care off such as light bulbs needing to be replaced, inconsiderate staff, doors that did not shut automatically, and poor signage to access after 9 PM

This hotel was terrible, they had us waiting 40 minutes to check in, they gave us a room without preparing or cleaning and without towels, everything smelled of tobacco, and for breakfast they only put you coffee and waffles. We went to road trip and all our hotels were good, but this was terrible
